Overview

Fiddes Full Stop Stain Block is a shellac-based, universal white primer ideal for use on interior wood, metal, glass, ceramic tile, plaster, and more. Formulated to completely block stains and odours in just one coat whilst increasing surface adhesion it is also anti-mould. It's also extremely quick-drying and can be recoated in as little as 45 minutes with any oil or water-based topcoats. Fiddes Full Stop Stain Block is the goto primer for difficult surfaces as it will adhere to surfaces most paints will not and does not require a lot of preparation.

Preparation

Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from dust dirt and debris.

• Always clean down and degrease the surface to ensure all contaminants such as grease or mould are removed, we recommend using a cleaner such as .
• Sand the surface to remove any flaking paint or loose debris, to a smooth clean finish.

Application

Before applying the product test a small area on the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results. Colours may vary depending on the surface to be painted.

• Stir the paint thoroughly and apply in dry conditions at room temperature.
• Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer. This product does not require thinning.
• Only one coat is required, touch dry in 15 minutes, re-coat in 45 minutes.
• Apply your chosen top coat following the instructions found on the packaging.
